Zidel Dental Group is in network with MediCare and all major PPO dental plans and will file claims on your behalf. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about your dental insurance coverage prior to or during your visit.

If you don't see your plan listed, please give us a call at 614-837-2080 and we'll be happy to check for you.

To help you manage your out of pocket dental care costs, Zidel Dental Group is happy to accept CareCredit.

At your first visit to Zidel Dental Group, you'll experience a warm welcome into our family-oriented practice. We begin with a comprehensive oral examination, which may include digital x-rays, to understand your current dental health and a thorough cleaning. Our team of professionals will discuss your oral hygiene habits, dietary patterns, and any concerns you may have. This visit allows us to craft a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Throughout your visit, we prioritize open communication and transparency, answering any questions you might have and ensuring you feel comfortable with your dental care plan.

In order to make your first visit as smooth as possible, please:

Complete the new patient forms below.
Take a photo of the front and back of your insurance card and return to us via our secure message service. Need help?
Arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment to complete any additional paperwork, if necessary.
